Contact Free QR Tools

By Sheraz Khan

Have a question, a bug to report, or an idea for a new QR code tool? Send us a message with the form below, or email us direct at contact.us958@gmail.com. Sheraz Khan reads every message and replies as soon as he can.

    What to tell us

Please tell us what you were trying to do, what went wrong, and what phone or computer you were using. If a QR code did not scan, tell us the type of code you made and what happened when you scanned it. If you have an idea for a new tool, tell us what it should do and who it would help.

    Common questions

Most questions are answered on the tool pages and in the FAQs at the bottom of each page. If a QR code will not scan, try a bigger print, a dark code on a white background, and a different phone. If a WiFi code will not join, check the password and the network name first. If you want to know if a code is free, yes, every code on this site is free, with no sign-up and no watermark.

    Report a problem

If a page will not load, a button does not work, or a download fails, please tell us the page link, what you clicked, and what you saw. A screenshot helps a lot. We fix real bugs fast, and we test the fix on a phone and on a computer before we say it is done.

    Feature ideas

If you need a QR code type we do not have yet, tell us. Ideas from users are how this site grows. Tell us what the code should do, what it should link to, and who would use it. If a lot of people ask for the same tool, we build it next.

    How fast do we reply

We read messages every day and reply as soon as we can, usually within one or two working days. If your message is about a bug that stops the tool from working, it goes to the top of the list. Please be patient if you write over a weekend. If you do not hear back in three working days, send your message again, in case the first one was lost.

    Before you send a message

Check the FAQs at the bottom of the tool page you were using. Most common questions are answered there. Try the tool again in a different browser, or on a different phone, and tell us if the problem happens in both. Make a note of the exact words on the screen, or take a screenshot. The more detail you give us, the faster we can help you, and the less back and forth you will need.

Your privacy when you contact us

When you send us a message, we only use your name and email to reply to you. We do not sell your details, we do not share them, and we do not add you to a mailing list. We do not ask for your passwords, your bank details, or any payment details. Never send us a password. Read our Privacy Policy page if you want the full detail.

What happens after you send a message

Your message goes to Sheraz Khan, who built Free QR Tools. He reads it, and if it is a bug, he tries to make the same bug happen on his own phone and computer. If it is a feature idea, he adds it to the list of tools to build. When the fix or the new tool is ready, he tests it, and then he writes back to tell you what changed. That is how this site gets better, one message at a time.
